Open the Printer Properties (right-click the printer icon in the system tray and select 'Printing Preferences'). Go to the 'Ports' tab and verify that the correct network port is selected. Ping the printer's IP address from the command prompt (type 'ping [printer IP address]' and press Enter) to check if it's reachable.
