My Zebra printer is printing faded or light labels. What could be the problem?

Faded labels can result from several issues: low ribbon darkness setting, a dirty thermal head, incorrect ribbon type for the label material, or a worn-out thermal head. Adjust the ribbon darkness setting in the printer configuration, clean the thermal head, and verify you're using the correct ribbon. If the problem persists, the thermal head may be nearing the end of its lifespan.
