If the printer is shared from another Windows computer, ensure that file and printer sharing is enabled on *that* computer as well. Verify that the user account you're using on your Windows 11 machine has permission to access the shared printer on the host computer. Check the sharing permissions on the host computer (right-click the printer, select 'Properties', go to the 'Sharing' tab, and click 'Share'). Also, ensure the host computer is turned on and connected to the network.
