What if the printer is on the same network but not being found?

If the printer is on the same network, try using the printer's IP address to manually add it to Windows 11. Open Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Click 'Add a printer or scanner'. Then, select 'Add a printer using an IP address or hostname'. Enter the printer's IP address and follow the on-screen instructions.
