Yes, you can. Open the Print Queue (Control Panel > Devices and Printers > right-click the printer icon and select 'Printing Queue'). Then, select 'Add Printer'. Follow the wizard, and when prompted, select 'Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings'. Choose the correct port and driver.
