If the error prevents the removal of the printer, ensure the Print Spooler service is stopped first. Then, open Device Manager, expand 'Printers', right-click the problematic printer, and select 'Uninstall device'. Additionally, access 'Print Server Properties' (search for it in Windows or find it in 'Devices and Printers'), go to the 'Drivers' tab, and remove the driver associated with the printer. Finally, restart the Print Spooler service.
