If a return was submitted *before* the system outage and no receipt was received, taxpayers should wait for the system to recover. Once Coretax is operational, attempt to retrieve the submission status using their NPWP. If still unsuccessful, contact Kring Pajak with details of the submission (date, time, tax type) and any supporting documentation.
