If the printer still displays 'Toner Low' after replacing the cartridge, ensure the orange protective cover and seals were completely removed from the new cartridge. Also, reset the toner counter in the printer's menu. Go to Menu > Toner > Reset Toner. If the problem persists, the cartridge might be faulty or incompatible.
